General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Player”, “User”, “you”) and WinShark Casino, operated by GBL Solutions N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, with registered address at Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Willemstad, Curaçao (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). Key Definitions

One Account Per Player: Each player may hold only one registered account. All such accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings held therein will be forfeited without recourse.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Account Management & Security

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account access with any third party. Dormant Accounts: An account that has not been accessed for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Company may apply an administrative maintenance fee of AU$10 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the available balance, once the balance falls to zero. Account Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting Support via live chat or email. Any remaining Real Money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus Funds not yet converted are forfeited upon account closure. The Company may close or suspend an account at any time in its sole discretion for breach of these Terms, fraud suspicion, or regulatory requirements.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security, including but not limited to losses resulting from shared credentials or third-party access.

Pending Period: WinShark Casino may apply a review period to withdrawal requests before processing. During this period you may cancel the withdrawal and return the funds to your balance for continued play. Once approved, the withdrawal cannot be reversed.

Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions
7.1 — Wagering Requirements

Standard wagering requirements at WinShark Casino are 45× the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. If the validity period expires before requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7.3 — Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active

While a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not yet been completed, the maximum bet per spin or hand is AU$8.00 (or currency equivalent). Placing bets above this limit during active bonus play is a breach of these Terms and may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided without notice.

7.4 — Bonus Validity Period

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, bonuses expire 5 days from the date of activation. Free spins must be used within 24 hours of being credited to the account. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

7.5 — One Active Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active in an account at any time. Players may not claim a new bonus until the existing bonus has either been completed (wagering met) or cancelled. Attempting to circumvent this condition is a violation of these Terms.

7.6 — Consecutive Free Bonuses

If a player claims a free bonus (no deposit required) without making a real money deposit in between, a minimum deposit must be made before withdrawing any winnings generated from consecutive free bonuses. This condition is designed to prevent bonus abuse.

7.7 — Free Spin Value & Winnings Cap

Each free spin has a value of €0.10 (or currency equivalent) unless otherwise stated. 7.8 — Bonus Abuse & Fraud

The Company’s determination in such matters is final.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WinShark Casino platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all balances and winnings may be forfeited:


Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy or agent

Using or providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information

Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the Platform in any way

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure
Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers
Losses resulting from decisions based on information published on the Platform
Unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security
Events of force majeure including natural disasters, war, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures

Gambling involves financial risk. The Company does not guarantee that you will make a profit from your use of the Platform. By using WinShark Casino, you accept all risk of gambling loss.
